Do I need my own lock?

Yes. Please bring your own lock (disc lock required), or you may purchase a disc lock and any other moving supplies at our office.

Do I need to make a long-term commitment?

Absolutely not! There is a one month minimum, and leases are month to month, meaning no long term commitment.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance on your goods is required. We do offer StorSmart insurance at our facility.

When is rent due?

Rents are due at move-in, and then on the same day each month.

When am I able to access my belongings?

For your convenience, we're open 6:00 am - 10:00 pm to existing customers. Our office hours are Mon - Sat from 9 am to 5 pm.

What do I need to rent a space?

A valid ID, debit or credit card, insurance, and an alternate contact.

How do I make a payment?

There are many options! Payment can be made in person between the hours of 9-5, via the mail, pay by phone, or you can have the peace of mind by choosing automatic withdrawal.

Is there a deposit?

No. Just a one-time $15.00 administration fee due at the time of the rental.

How do I access the property?

You'll receive a personal access code, and be granted access 7 days a week from 6 am to 10 pm.
